This is one of those Resorts that is so big and open and so Breezy that you never feel hot. Everything is beautifully upkept, newer looking extremely clean and tidy, very friendly staff that most y'all speak pretty good English and a very helpful. We ended up getting a family room which the only downside was we had to be further back from the ocean but when you think about all of the alcohol and food it's actually good for walking it off...lol. anyway it had a king bed a twin bed at the end of it in one room with our own private balcony and hot tub and then a huge bathroom and for your area and then another bedroom with two double beds and their own private balcony. Works very well for families. There is a kid water park on that side as well as a another water park for the little bit older kids. There is a putt-putt course there is a full entire golf course on this Resort as well as its own church for weekend which is awesome. Tons of shopping on site as well as a large amount of restaurants to choose from. Except for the buffet which is walk in whenever their hours are for breakfast lunch and dinner all of the other restaurants they have it's best as soon as you get there to make reservations for each one throughout the week. You can try to see if they have an opening that evening but that's hit-or-miss. Even though some of the restaurants have a more dressier code they don't necessarily enforce it as much as I thought. So you could get away with nicer shorts and still a nice top instead of long pants. They offer plenty of other things to do like Zumba, Bingo, shuffleboard, bocce ball. they have a pool with a volleyball net in it and water polo nets. they have plenty of pools to swim in that are absolutely gorgeous as well as an adult-only pool on the main side. The beach has tons of palm trees and plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the water which is beautiful white sand and clear water. They give you things included in your all-inclusive price like kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cats, paddle boats, and basic snorkels. If you want to do any sort of excursions they offer plenty to choose from that are absolutely amazing. One of the excursions we did and will definitely come back and do was at the Scape Park. So many different things to do between an animal petting area where you can hold them and feed them, ziplining, a total ropes course where you can plunge into the water, cave swim, the Blue Hole which is absolutely phenomenal, horseback riding. You name it they have it there as well as lunch included in one price. They also have things at the hotel like dancing lessons. they have tons of board games for families to play. They also have a complete side just for adults as far as their own restaurants, their own pools, their own areas to stay which is nice because if you don't want to be on the family side it's nice and quiet. They have a train tram the drives you all around the resort and lets off in different areas because it is quite large so sometimes getting from one spot to another can take a while unless you know the cut three areas..lol. we booked our trip through Costco Travel and they give you a discount on excursions as well as a good price on the hotel and free transportation to and from the airport. Don't be afraid to get your own bags and go out and find the Costco Travel people because otherwise if you let somebody push your bags from A-B, (which is not far) you literally have to tip them. There is a medical facility 24 hours on site in case you need one. The maid staff was wonderful always had everything done and restocked. The food was awesome and so are the drinks. Most of all the bartenders are very entertaining as they are making drinks. They also have the huge theater even though it's covered there's plenty of outdoor cutouts that let's the breeze thru. Each night they have something different for the guests. Everything from popular singers( Arina Grande, Celene Dion, Pitbull, etc) were they look like and impersonate their songs, to Michael Jackson to Cirque du Soleil to Disney princesses 2 karaoke nights and more. That was something wonderful to sit and watch with a family. They are quite good and very entertaining! There is so many beautiful spots to walk around and take pictures during the day or at night. We could not have picked a better resort to stay at and we definitely will be back!!!! Beautiful! 10/10
