TRANSPORTATION AND EXCURSIONS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions: By booking any transportation in Punta Cana or participating in a local tour, excursions or any other related products or services (a “Tour”) with Punta Cana Enterprise (“Go Dominican Travel” or the “tour operator”), you (“you”) agree to Go Dominican Travel website Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
By booking a Transportation, Excursions Package, or hotel you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you book a reservation on behalf of another person, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and agreed to accept these Terms on behalf of the other people in your party.
THE RESERVATION CONTRACT
Your reservation is confirmed and a contract exists when you receive an email confirmation from one of our dispatchers or when your travel agent issues an email confirmation before or after receiving the applicable deposit amount.
Please check your email reservation confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to our dispatcher or your designated tour operator or authorized agent immediately.
Any pre paid transportation or excursion will only be refunded if our company fail to provide the service or if service got cancel for weather conditions.
REQUIRED MEDICAL INFORMATION
Go Dominican Travel reserve the right to ask our clients for medical information disclosure. You must provide any medical information reasonably requested by our dispatchers or our excursions providers or affiliates and may be required to fill out the Tour Operator’s medical info.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Any and all special requirements must be revealed to our dispatcher at the time of booking a reservation. Our Dispatchers and/or operators will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests Certain activities may be inaccessible to clients if mobility is limited in any way.
Any food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the excursion provider at the time of making the reservation but the excursion provider cannot guarantee that dietary needs or restrictions will be meet. Special requests or requirements are not part of these Terms or the contract between you and our company, Go Dominican Travel or Excursions providers are not liable for failure to accommodate or fulfill any requests.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to take part by driving one of our motorize excursions. One adult may accompany any number of minors taking part in our excursions, adult may have to pay the minimum entrance fee when apply.
Go Dominican Travel reserve the right to confirm any reservation made by a minor. Reservations made by minors are subject to review and approval by our company. The consent of a parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable local and international law for any minor to be part of an excursion.
PRICES, SURCHARGES, AND TAXES
Go Dominican Travel services require a credit card on file only for reservation confirmation security purposes, an 18% tax will be a charge to all credit card transactions.
DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING
As a condition to make a reservation, you must provide the information requested by our dispatchers along with credit card information. such as hotel name and room number, your name, email and contact number
FINAL PAYMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION AND EXCURSIONS
Our dispatchers will request a credit card in order to confirm the reservation. Your credit card will not be charge unless you notified our dispatcher that you wish to pay with the credit card on file otherwise payment will be made cash the day of service.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
You may cancel your reservation by notifying Go Dominican Travel. by doing so you will not be refund except for whether changes or if our company fail to provide you with the services, failing to cancel the reservation will be consider as no show and will also incur on full charge or pricing agreed at the time of reserving excursions or transportation. Cancellation or fees, if any, will be determined by the price provided by our dispatchers or representatives.
CHANGES
Changes made by the client: will not be subject to surcharge and changes will be confirmed by email by our dispatchers. Our dispatcher may modify time of pick up etc you will always notify by email.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
You acknowledge that excursions packages and transportation services offered by Go Dominican Travel excursions may involve a certain amount of risk accidents and safety. By reserving with Go Dominican Travel you acknowledge that you have accepted any potential risks to injuries by driving one of our motor excursion vehicles. You hereby assume all responsibility for any risk and releases Go Dominican Travel from all claims and causes of action arising from any accident, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent by driving our motor vehicles, including Boogies, Speed boat etc,
You must at all times strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations while taking part on any excursion purchase on our website
You are responsible for any costs (including repair, cleaning fees, and replacement ) incurred by using our device or motor vehicle.
GO DOMINICAN TRAVEL IS NOT LIABLE AND WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EXPENSES ARISING FROM CLAIMS COSTS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY THIRD PARTY OTHER THAN OUR COMPANY OPERATOR AND ITS EMPLOYEES.
LIABILITY
GO DOMINICAN TRAVEL and its owners, subsidiaries and their respective affiliates, employees, Owners or managers, representatives, and assigns shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider, including but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by such other provider; and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures of service caused by nature.
PRIVACY POLICY
https://www.godominicantravel.com/ must share your personal information to deliver the excursions packages or any transportation services booked. https://www.godominicantravel.com/ collects, uses and discloses only that information reasonably required to enable the excursion providers to provide the particular excursions and/or transportation services that you have requested as described in the Go Dominican Travel Transparent privacy policy , which can be accessed anytime at https://www.godominicantravel.com/privacy-policy/ and is expressly integrated into these Terms. By submitting a reservation with Go Dominican Travel, you indicate your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW
Terms and Conditions: The Contract and these Terms are subject to the laws of Dominican Republic and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic for the resolution of any dispute under these Terms or concerning any Excursions product or Transportation service.
