Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana – All Inclusive

We spent five days at the resort for spring break and had quite an amazing time. The hotel is fairly new and very well maintained with beautiful grounds and amazing white sand beach. There is plenty to do - water park, pools, beach, spa, excursions, nightly shows, etc but what really made this vacation exceptional was the staff and level of service they provided. They truly make you feel at home, and are extremely gracious and hospitable. Our host, Oscar, was wonderful and made sure we were looked after and helped make arrangements and answer any questions we had. We rented a pool cabana the entire time we were there which worked out well for my teenager who liked to lounge by the pool. We were very fortunate to meet Daniel (Spiritz) on the first day who looked after us like ‘his family’. He was amazing and really made our vacation so much more memorable. Brayan, a true entertainer and ping pong wizard, would seek us out, check in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and get the kids moving and engaged in activities. And our very helpful bell hop Lester greeted us whenever we crossed in the lobby, he made sure we had our covid testing set up and helped get us situated upon arrival. I have never been a fan of all inclusive but would definitely come back to Ziva again. Loved this getaway, loved the people, loved the hospitality
